SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

Ziloss Technologies, a service operated by Pacific Century Lending LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS messaging program for prospects and clients who explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at www.ziloss.com. Through this program we send messages related to project inquiries, scoping discussions, scheduled consultations, and follow-ups about services you have expressed interest in.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in by (a) entering your mobile phone number on the contact form at www.ziloss.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting, or (b) replying START or YES to a prior SMS confirmation we have sent. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative action to enable SMS. Phone number is optional on our contact form — you may submit without it if you prefer not to receive SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Approximately 1–3 messages per inquiry. Frequency may vary based on your engagement and the stage of your project discussion with us.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier under your existing plan. Ziloss Technologies does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Carriers Supported

Compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You can re-subscribe at any time by completing the opt-in flow again.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to opted-in users at least 14 days before they take effect.
